Refund Policy

The following policy explains how we handle refunds and returns.

  • We do not offer refunds for services purchased after work has started and 1 week has passed.
  • If you cancel a service before work has started, and within 1 week (5 days), we will refund 100% of your payment.
  • If you cancel a service after work has started but before 1 week (5 days) has passed, we will refund 50% of your payment.
  • If we are unable to complete a service before 1 week of work has started, we will refund 100% of your payment.
  • There are no refunds if the project is canceled on either the client or service provider’s end after 1 week (5 days) of work.
