Our client is a bootstrapped fintech startup exploring AI-powered solutions for the banking industry. We're seeking a talented and flexible Founding Developer to join our team and help shape our product and technology.

We're looking for a versatile developer with a passion for AI, NLP, and innovation to join our founding team. You'll work closely with our founder to:

  • Explore industry problems and opportunities
  • Define and develop our initial product
  • Research and implement AI-powered solutions
  • Collaborate on business development and growth
Responsibilities
  • Contribute to product definition and market research
  • Develop and test AI-powered prototypes
  • Research and implement NLP and deep learning solutions
  • Collaborate on business development, marketing, and growth
  • Participate in industry events and networking
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in software development with a focus on AI, NLP, or deep learning
  • Strong proficiency in Python and relevant libraries (e.g., NLTK, spaCy, TensorFlow)
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and Agile development
  • Ability to work independently, collaboratively, and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with the banking industry or fintech in Pakistan and the region.
  • Experience with DevOps practices (CI/CD, containerization) and data visualization
  • Knowledge of security measures for sensitive data
