Inspurate is a digital consultancy and software development company based in Karachi, Pakistan. We help businesses build and scale digital products through software development, AI solutions, design, automation, and project delivery services.
We are currently expanding our AI practice and are seeking an AI / Prompt Engineer to join our Karachi team and support projects for our international partners and clients.
Role Overview
The AI Engineer / Prompt Engineer will be responsible for building and supporting AI-powered websites, web applications, chatbots, voice agents, and business automation solutions for UK clients.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining AI tools, prompt engineering, automation, APIs, and modern development platforms to create practical business solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build AI-powered websites and web applications
- Design and deploy AI agents and chatbots
- Develop Voice AI solutions using modern AI platforms
- Create lead generation, booking, and customer engagement workflows
- Design, test, and optimize prompts for real-world business applications
- Connect AI systems to APIs, databases, CRMs, and third-party services
- Build automation workflows and business process integrations
- Test AI outputs and customer journeys
- Troubleshoot bugs, workflow issues, and AI response quality
- Translate client requirements into functional AI solutions
- Collaborate with project managers, designers, and developers
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience working with AI applications, AI agents, or AI-enabled products
- Strong understanding of Prompt Engineering
- Experience with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar LLM platforms
- Familiarity with modern AI development tools such as Cursor, Lovable, Replit, or similar
- Experience integrating APIs and webhooks
- Understanding of databases and application workflows
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work across low-code, no-code, and custom development environments
- Must be fluent in English (Speaking, Reading, and Writing) with a strong grasp of english grammar, O'Level and A'Level standard.
- Must be detail orrienced, be cognizent of deadlines, well groomed and articulate.

Experience with one or more of the following:
- Vapi, Retell, Bland, or Voice AI platforms
- ElevenLabs
- Supabase
- Pinecone or vector databases
- Stripe integrations
- Twilio or Telnyx
- AI booking systems
- Customer support automation
- SaaS applications
- QA and testing processes

Working Hours
This is an office-based position in Karachi. Team members will work primarily with UK clients and should be comfortable working UK business hours, from our office in DHA/Karachi. This is not a remote job.
